A police officer in the U.S. has been sacked after he recording himself performing a sex act in his patrol unit and sending it to women.
Joshua Nicholson is out of a job after police in Clayton County, Georgia, received an anonymous tip that he was taking snaps and videos of himself while on duty, in his uniform, and in his patrol car involved in a sex act.
Police also found out that Nicholson used adult websites to meet and text women while he was on duty.
Police Chief Mike Register told him he was out of a job and it’s fair to say he wants the public to know this kind of behaviour won’t be tolerated.
Speaking to WSBTV, Register said: “This was at the level that he needed to be terminated. I’m not going to tolerate an officer violating that public trust.”
Nicholson took full responsibility after an internal investigation found him out and didn’t deny the allegations.
He was officially sacked for conduct unbecoming of an officer and disgraceful conduct.
