A rejected woman has posted a series of flyers to shame her former Tinder lover, after he allegedly ‘tricked her into sleeping with him’.
The anonymous woman decided to make the pair’s embarassing relationship public and name-and-shame him, along with his address and workplace in a series of flyers titled ‘Tinder Warning’. Ouch.
She dropped them in letterboxes around Grafton in Auckland, New Zealand, but in a bizarre twist the address didn’t actually lead to his house and was actually a local café where they met for coffee ‘once or twice a week’, Stuff.co.nz reported.
Funnily enough, the man has not returned to the café since the posters surfaced on Wednesday. No surprise there, really…
He reportedly told her, ‘We just didn’t click enough. I really am sorry about that.’ That’s pretty brutal.
Auckland Police Senior Sergeant Danny Meade said he believes no complaint has yet been made regarding the pamphlets.
He added, however, that despite the flyers falling under the Harassment Act, the action would have to be continued for it to become an offence.
To be honest, I doubt you’d ever find your Prince Charming on Tinder. Just saying…
