Wales got off to the perfect start at Euro 2016, as Hal Robson-Kanu and Gareth Bale scored to down Slovakia in their opening game.
Gareth Bale scored a stunning free kick to set the Welsh on their way, but Slovakian substitute Duda equalised in the second half.
But another sub, Robson-Kanu, struck with ten minutes to go to get Wales’ first ever European Championship off to the best possible start.
The internet reacted brilliantly as Wales moved to the top of Group B:
Bale opened the scoring, but people were critical of the Slovakian goalkeeper:
Roberto Martinez describes Slovakia keeper's effort at Bale free kick as a 'footballing crime'

The Slovakian goalkeeper has JUST realised that the Gareth Bale free kick was going to his right-hand side.

Despite his goal scoring heroics, people didn’t miss the chance to mock Bale’s hair:
Bale's decision to go for a dirty manbun cover-up has only made him better at football than before. I'm here for it. https://t.co/P3V0yEmS9f

Duda levelled the scores, but Robson-Kanu struck late on to win it for Wales:

Looks like Wales proved they’re slightly more than a one man team on this occasion.
