Champions League-winning midfielder, Toni Kroos, could be open to a move with his contract running until the summer of 2015.
Bayern Munich midfielder and Manchester United target Toni Kroos has revealed via Facebook that he has yet to sign a new contract with Pep Guardiola’s side.
The 24-year old Germany international has made 41 appearances for his country and was part of the successful Bayern side that claimed the Champions League trophy last season.
It appears now that the midfielder, who’s contract expires in the summer of 2015, is open to the possibility of leaving Munich.
“Much has been written, especially in the last few days, about my sporting future,” Kroos wrote on the social network.
“The fact is I am very happy to play for Bayern and my position in the team is very good. [However] The fact is also that we couldn’t agree a new contract.”
Despite signalling that no new contract has been agreed, Kroos did suggest that there is no rush to sign on the dotted line.
“Since it [the contract] runs until 2015 this is not a big problem, and we will see what the future brings,” the midfielder said.
