If you found out that 400 Russian models were booked in the same hotel as you it would probably feel like the luckiest day ever. Until your manager changes the hotel that is.
Because when the players of German football team MSV Duisburg found out they were staying at the Turkish resort of Antalya Lara, alongside a Russian beauty contest, they were forced to revise their winter training plans.

The third division club said that manager Michael Meier rearranged the training camp because they wanted their preparations ahead of the second half of the season to be “calm”.
Although I’m pretty sure that being surrounded by 400 beautiful women would keep me very relaxed. I guess Meier wanted somewhere with less distractions for his players.
A statement on the club’s website read:
We want to calmly prepare for the second half of the season :)
The hotel booked previously is not only filled with more or less beautiful people, it is obviously even overcrowded.
MSV-team manager Michael Meier has therefore rescheduled.
Unlike the English football season, German clubs have a break during winter before returning on January 31st. Which sucks for them, as football is always the best over the Christmas period.
