Peter Schmeichel is a Manchester United legend.
The Danish goalkeeper won countless trophies while playing for the Red Devils during his career, and his son Kasper is on the verge of clinching the Premier League title with Leicester City to follow in his father’s footsteps.
The Foxes couldn’t quite wrap up the league by winning at Old Trafford on Sunday, but could do if Tottenham Hotspur fail to beat Chelsea on Monday night.
No one could be prouder of Kasper than his father, who has revealed that it was his son’s dream to play at Old Trafford, having never played there before Saturday’s game.
Kasper has been dragged along to the Theatre of Dreams countless times as a youngster, but Sunday’s draw was the first time he’s been between the sticks at his father’s old stomping ground.
