The wait is almost over – Ronda Rousey is set to return to the Octagon.
Rowdy’s return will be anything but low profile too, with Rousey’s first bout since last November will be a title challenge against current women’s bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes.
As reported by MMA Fighting, the news was confirmed by UFC president Dana White on “The Herd” with Colin Cowherd.

In her previous fight Rousey lost her belt in a measured and brutal victory for Holly Holm.
The title has since exchanged hands on two more occasions, with Miesha Tate first defeating Holm at UFC 196 via submission before Nunes took it at UFC 200.
It is the first fight to be confirmed for the December 30 card, which will take place at the T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas – and what a fight it promises to be!
