When a Wolves supporter spotted an official shirt in the club’s online shop for just £12, it looked like an absolute bargain.

But Richard Gough was soon left feeling short-changed when it arrived, with the famous Wolves badge the wrong way around. The bizarre incident caused Mr Gough to message Wolves’ Twitter account to complain about the badge error.
He is also believed to have sent his complaint in letter form to the club in the hope that they would take the matter seriously and sort it out. However, the social networking team at Molineux soon saw the funny side – sending an official letter to say sorry, that was also the wrong way around.

All’s well that ends well though, with Mr Gough pocketing a free pair of match tickets for the mistake, while with Wolves selling thousands of shirts he can at least claim to have something truly unique to wear to matches.
