Mati Conejero, the mother of professional coat wearer Marco Pierre White Jr, has claimed she despairs her son has become ‘lost’.
The Sun reports that in an interview with the Mail On Sunday Conejero explained how she ‘broke down’ watching the reality show.
I broke down when I saw that for how lost he is. I feel so helpless that I can’t do anything, but how would you feel when your beautiful baby boy ends up a man covered in tattoos, with the word ‘Broken’ across his face.
She went on to add that when she saw him crying on the ‘popular’ reality show she believed that he wasn’t upset about Big Brother ‘but his life outside’.
Marco’s mother had hoped that her tattooed son would learn what is and isn’t socially acceptable in the house but was dismayed when it became obvious that he knew nothing about boundaries.
However the straw that broke the camel’s back was when he begged fellow housemate Laura to ‘strangle’ him with a belt
I don’t want to say bad things about my son, whom I love dearly. But I just don’t know what to do to help him. I worry it’s too late. The strangling thing was horrific to see, although I do think that Big Brother was irresponsible to have shown it.
As his mother, I don’t approve of Big Brother showing him as a sexual predator. It tears me apart to say it, but I feel there’s no hope for him. Watching Big Brother is like watching my son die before my eyes.
Conjero is currently in the middle of divorcing the famous chef Marco and is estranged from both Marco Jr and his brother Luciano after allegedly assaulting the pair, an accusation she denies.
Meanwhile Marco Jr, who was evicted from the Big Brother house on Friday, has said he’s happy to be out of the house and has already got himself in trouble, allegedly sleeping with a prostitute and filming it on Snapchat.
Unsurprisingly his fiancee didn’t turn up to greet him when he left the house…
