Nowadays there seems to be a documentary about absolutely everything.
The newest in a long line of Channel 5 reality documentaries is about embarrassing mums who are literally destroying their children with ripe embarrassment.
And to be fair to the kids, they’re not overreacting – can you imagine if your mum owned a home based sex toy company that she wanted you to take over? Yep, that’s what we’re dealing with here, reports The Sun.
But let’s start at the beginning.
Natalie is a single mother of three and after the tragic death of her partner, Natalie decided to take up pole-dancing, and I mean real pole-dancing.
Fortunately, her kids aren’t too phased by the whole ordeal – with her 22-year-old son Brett taking things perhaps just a tad too far by telling his mum to ‘take your knickers off and earn some money’.
We’re best friends. I’m not embarrassed my kids seeing me half-naked, I gave birth to them. I think I’m normal. I think everyone else is a bit boring.
She also said that if her daughter can’t afford to get into university she ‘might have to dance’ too to earn the extra fees…
Right then. Moving on…
Jill is a 40-year-old ex glamour model who just can’t seem to let go of the past.
The self-confessed raunchy selfie addict likes to wear incredibly revealing attire while taking her two teenage sons to school – but that’s not all.
Jill also imports sex toys in bulk and sells them online for extra profit – a business venture she wants her two sons to take over when they’re old enough so that Jill’s legacy in the sex toy world will live on eternally.
My dream is for it to be a long-running family business and the boys can take over. But this is the most embarrassing thing I’ve ever done – from the boys’ point of view.
Finally, the show also features two divorced gals from Manchester called Sharon and Twinkle who love nothing more than hitting the town and pulling.
We go out, dance on tables and make friends with the barman so we get free tequilas.
