– 500g beef mince
– 1 tbsp fresh thyme
– 1 tbsp mustard powder
– 200g plain flour
– 3 eggs
– 300ml milk
– Beef gravy
– Horseradish sauce
– Mashed carrot & swede
– Roast beef
– Honey-roasted parsnips
For the burger, mix together the mince and dried herbs.
Form them into patties and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For the Yorkshire puddings, whisk together flour and the eggs.
And add the milk gradually until a batter is formed.
Get the oil boiling hot in the oven, before pouring in the batter.
Bake at 220 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
Fry the burgers on each side until cooked through.
Glaze with gravy.
To assemble the burgers, spread horseradish on the Yorkshire pudding and kale.
Before adding mashed swede and carrots and the beef patty.
