– 300g beef mince
– 2 tsp oregano
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 200g tinned plum tomatoes
– 1 tsp sugar
– Salt & pepper
– Pizza dough
– 200g mozzarella
First, make the tomato sauce by frying off the garlic and tomatoes. Cook until thickened.
Chuck in the sugar, 1 tsp of oregano and seasoning. Allow to cool.
Combine the mince, garlic powder, remaining oregano and seasoning.
To assemble the pizza, roll out the dough and place in a floured pan.
And trim off the edges.
Layer first with the cheese and beef.
Than add the tomato sauce.
And finally top with more cheese and pepperoni.
Cook for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
