This dramatic footage shows the moment two hero cops pull a man to safety, seconds before his car is annihilated by a passing train.
The incident, in California, could have turned out a lot worse if San Mateo County sheriff’s Deputies Lance Whitted and Erik Rueppel hadn’t been so quick to act. The officers were a few blocks away when they heard the car crash into a crossing guard.
They can be seen pulling the man to safety just in time – it couldn’t have been any closer.

The driver is believed to have been intoxicated, and authorities are now investigating the incident.
See, some cops are actually alright.
