Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan pushed boundaries as it was, but apparently the movie was nearly even more explicit.
Sacha Baron Cohen has revealed in an interview with Conan O’Brien that his notorious Kazakh character starred in a porno which did not make the final cut of the Borat movie.
The scene would apparently have been included in the film following his naked fight with ‘documentary producer’ Azamat Bagatov.
A cash strapped Borat, Cohen says, turned to porn in order to make some money but, sadly, he just didn’t quite understand the scenario.
His character was due to seamlessly join a couple in a steamy x-rated hotel scene as a room service employee, but upon discovering the couple getting busy he kept leaving the room.
Eventually, it was explained to him that he was meant to join in but, when he grasped this concept, he requested that everyone else leave the room.
He then took issue with his scene partner’s lack of pubes, blaming it on ‘nuclear retardation’, which apparently led to the director cutting his own hair and gluing it to the unfortunate lady.
Why, oh why, was this scene cut?
