This is 95-year-old Charles Eugster and he just set a new age-group World Record for the indoor 200m.
The super-fit pensioner broke the record a massive 2.4 seconds faster than the previous one, set by Orville Rogers in March 2013.
His time, 55.48 seconds will be hard to beat for some time – if he doesn’t do it himself. Legend!
His coach, Sylvia Gattiker hailed his record as ‘a fantastic achievement’, saying:
I am so proud of him. He only started running competitively last year and he has broke all these records.
He celebrated by having a sleep.
