Fierce debate broke out online earlier this week over the workwear of a young female teacher.
In short Patrice Brown -or Paris Monroe as she has also been reportedly named- was dubbed ‘teacher bae’ after a series of photos of her at work went viral.
The issue -as one part of the internet saw it- was that as a an elementary school teacher she should be wearing a hessian sack so as not to give even the sense of possessing a figure, for fear of corrupting the children.

Brown has now had her say on the issue pointing out haters do not see how good at her job she is.
She told the Daily Dot:
I just wish they would respect me and focus on the positive and what truly matters—which is educating the children of the future generations and providing and caring for them.
She has a damn good point.
If online witch hunters had dared to share all the evidence online then people would have also seen a series of photos of Brown interacting with her pupils.
Thankfully a handful of people didn’t let her ability fail to receive due attention.

It then emerged than Brown had previously won teacher of the month at her school…
