Azealia Banks roasts 1975's Matty Healy claiming Ice Spice has 'miles more originality' than him in racism row

The American rapper put Taylor Swift's rumored beau on blast.

Azaelia Banks has roasted Matty Healy in a scathing social media post taking aim at the controversial singer's music and his 'racist' attitudes.

The 31-year-old rapper shared several text posts and voice messages mocking Healy, who is rumored to be Taylor Swift's boyfriend.

"Does Matt Healy know that no one actually thinks the 1975 makes good music and that he's a lame poser with a trash cliche band name that actually means nothing and he's clearly so pressed that a black girl who knows nothing about him or his music is making more moves and money than him," she wrote, apparently referencing rapper Ice Spice, 23.

Banks added that 'black women are more coveted today's industry because there's big business in female rap.'

"He is so obviously weak in the knees, thin-jawed and drug addicted that it's easy to catch his crusty a*s lackin,' she added.

She then suggested that The 1975 were just a copycat sound of the 2000s-era band The Academy Is... and Death From Above.

"The 1975 is on nobody's radar babe," she wrote, before claiming 'fat emo teenagers' are Healy's only fans.

Oof. Yikes.

Banks' comments come after Healy's comments on The Adam Friedland Show in Feburary.

In the podcast, Healy, Friedland, and comedian Nick Mullen made derogatory comments about Ice Spice and mocked Chinese and Hawaiian accents

In the podcast, Healy revealed he once messaged Ice Spice on social media.

This apparently opened the floodgates for Friedland and Mullen, and they dubbed her an 'Inuit Spice Girls'.

The hosts said: "This chubby Chinese lady. "Yeah, I rap and [make] music.’ Do they talk like that? Do Inuits talk like that?"

They then mocked of Chinese and Hawaiian accents while Healy laughed along.

"Yeah, that’s what Ice Spice is like," Healy replied.

"So you slide into her DMs and ask ‘What are you? A f**ing Eskimo or something?'"

Healy later publicy apologised for his actions at a gig in New Zealand, as per Rolling Stone.

"I just feel a bit bad, and I’m kind of a bit sorry if I’ve offended you,” Healy told the audience at the 1975’s gig in Auckland.

"Ice Spice, I’m sorry. It’s not because I’m annoyed that me joking got misconstrued," he said.

"It’s because I don’t want Ice Spice to think I’m a d**k. I love you, Ice Spice. I’m so sorry."
