Former Jackass star Bam Margera has been reported missing from rehab for the second time in two weeks.
According to TMZ, the 42-year-old has 'vanished' from a Florida rehab facility, with police on the lookout for him.
Margera was reportedly last spotted at around 5:30pm on Saturday (25 June) in Deerfield Beach, Florida, after leaving the LifeSkills facility without permission.

He was reportedly wearing an all-black combination of shirt, sweatpants and sneakers when he was last seen.
Bam previously went missing on 13 June after telling his rehab he was unhappy with the services they were providing.
He allegedly told the manager he was going to check himself into another rehab and left in a car without permission.
Officers found him the first time he left the clinic and brought him back to rehab.

After the first incident, he was pictured out at night in various bars near his hotel before officers located him and returned him to the rehab facility.
The incident was reportedly partly because of his split from his wife, Nikki Boyd, with sources telling TMZ that since he and his wife broke up he hasn't been able to contact her or see his son.
Last year she filed for full custody of their son, Phoenix Wolf, with supervised visitation rights for Bam.
The Jackass star didn't make an appearance in the recent Jackass Forever, with co-star Steve-O explaining that Bam 'just didn’t have the power to stay sober and be healthy'.
He was fired from filming of the movie after failing a drugs test, which Steve-O described as 'the first time Bam ever had consequences'.

Steve-O told the Hotboxin' With Mike Tyson podcast he still loves Bam and still spoke to him but the Jackass crew had to organise an intervention to help their friend.
While 'everyone would have loved to have him in the movie', they thought it was better not to involve him after he had failed to prove he could stay off the substances.
Steve-O also agreed with the suggestion that his Jackass co-star had been playing the 'victim card' and said he wanted Bam to 'acknowledge that'.
In response to being removed from the production of Jackass Forever, Bam encouraged fans not to watch the film, claiming he will 'make mine way f*****g radder' and asking for money on Venmo.
