Blac Chyna’s Mother Asks Fans For $400,000 For Daughter To Appeal Kardashian Court Decision

The 33-year-old recently lost her $108 million case against the reality stars

Blac Chyna's mother has asked fans for $400,000 so her daughter can appeal her defamation case against the Kardashians.

Chyna - real name Angela White - lost a $108 million court case against the reality TV stars last week.

The 33-year-old had claimed that Kim, Khloe, Kylie Jenner and Kris Jenner had made comments about her that damaged her reputation.

She also alleged they were trying to get her television series Rob and Chyna, a spinoff of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, cancelled.

But having failed, her mum - real name Shalana Hunter - has set up a GoFundMe so Chyna can appeal the decision. But so far, just $685 has been donated by 37 fans.

Blac Chyna claimed the Kardashians interfered with her carer, including her reality show.

Commenting on the post, one supporter said: "I am praying for both of you I want in my heart of hearts for Chyna to get the justice she so rightly deserves."

While another added: "We love you. Keep going!"

Chyna launched the lawsuit back in 2017, claiming the family defamed her and interfered with contracts and business deals following her split from Rob.

The model was in the middle of filming Rob & Chyna when the second season was axed.

The case commenced at an LA court on 18 April, and Kim secured a major win, with judge Gregory Alarcon having dropped the defamation claim against the beauty mogul last Friday, 29 April.

The jury found that while the Kardashian-Jenners often acted in bad faith, and criticised allegations of abuse against Chyna, it had no impact on her show not being renewed.

Chyna's team attempted to argue that a series of text messages and emails from the family were defamatory.

However, none of the messages were from Kim, which lead to the family's attorney Michael Rhodes requesting the defamation suit against the star be dropped.

"Because [Blac Chyna] has neither identified an allegedly defamatory statement by Kim Kardashian, nor specified an instance where she ratified an allegedly defamatory statement by another party, the claim against her must be dismissed," legal documents obtained by PEOPLE stated.

"[Blac Chyna's] vague assertion on the record during [her] argument that Kim Kardashian 'ratified those statements and encouraged her sisters to make them' — without specifying how Kim Kardashian ratified them and to whom — is woefully insufficient to maintain a claim," it adds.

"Additionally, statements by other Defendants cannot form the basis of a defamation claim against Kim Kardashian because neither her mother nor her sisters ever acted as her agent."
