Jimmy Kimmel threatens to sue 'a**hole' Aaron Rodgers after bold claims that he’s on Jeffrey Epstein’s list

Late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel has threatened legal action as his spat with Aaron Rodgers intensifies.

Jimmy Kimmel and the NFL quarterback have butted heads before and tempers seem to be flaring.

Rodgers has previously been mocked by Kimmel after comments he made while speaking on The Pat McAfee Show.

The New York Jets star was called a ‘tin foil hatter’ by Kimmel after questioning whether US government UFO disclosures were a distraction from revelations connected to the now-deceased convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

The names of 170 ex-employees and victims of Epstein are expected to be unsealed in court documents over the coming weeks.

While Rodgers was seemingly frustrated with Kimmel’s dig, his retort to their ongoing feud saw Kimmel respond on social media.

While speaking on The Pat McAfee Show on January 2, Rodgers suggested Kimmel hoped the Epstein list isn’t revealed, seemingly insinuating he is someway connected.

“[The Epstein] list is supposed to be coming out soon. A lot of people, including Jimmy Kimmel are really hoping that doesn’t come out,” Rodgers said.

McAfee laughed and recounted the pair’s tense interactions last year. The clip has also gone viral on X and been viewed more than 33 million times.

However, Kimmel responded by writing on X: "Dear A**hole: for the record, I’ve not met, flown with, visited, or had any contact whatsoever with Epstein.

“Nor will you find my name on any 'list' other than the clearly-phony nonsense that soft-brained wackos like yourself can’t seem to distinguish from reality.

“Your reckless words put my family in danger. Keep it up and we will debate the facts further in court. @AaronRodgers12.”

Rodgers is yet to reply to Kimmel's threat of legal action but social media users have been left divided over the spat.

One user commented: "Oh Jimmy actually cooked Rogers."

While another wrote: "Awww the 'comedian' can’t take a joke."

McAfee’s show always airs a disclaimer that reads: “The following program is a collection of stooges talking about the happenings in the sports world. It is meant to be comedic and informative. The opinions expressed on this show do not necessarily reflect the beliefs of their peers, their boss, or ESPN.”

The disclaimer concludes by saying: “Don’t sue us.”

UNILAD has contacted Aaron Rodgers representatives for comment.
