Kim Kardashian Unveils New All Cashmere Plane

On the most recent episode of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian gave fans a look at her custom cashmere-coloured private jet.

Giving us a glimpse of what we could all achieve if only we could get our family on a reality show, Kim was eager to show off her luxurious private plane before jetting off.

The social media star invited some friends and camera crew on board the aircraft for a quick tour before flying to the Dominican Republic for a Sports Illustrated shoot. All standard for a day in the life of Kim K.

Inspired by Kim's own house, the private plane is the same shade as the walls of her home, with a light wood finish, and two beds that can be converted into one king-sized bed.

For those who get to join Kim on board 'Kim Air', there's a strict 'no shoes' rule on board.

But don't worry - If you're lucky enough to join her for a flight, you'll be gifted custom SKIMS pjs, socks, blankets, and slippers.

Speaking to the Hulu crew about the plane she raved: "I never dreamed I would own a plane. I wanted it to feel like an extension of me and an extension of my home."

Walking them through the jet MTV-cribs-style, she explained: “Usually planes are dark with lighter leather. I had custom all-light wood, I had a bathroom put in the front, a bathroom in the back. Every seat has its own phone charger.”

But Kim's favourite detail of the aircraft was the floor to ceiling cashmere detailing.

"The best, most exciting part of the plane is it's all cashmere" she said. "Ceiling, pillows, headrests."

It's no Ryanair flight, we'll give her that.

Speaking to the camera crew in a confessional, Kim shared that her new private plane was just the cherry on top for her exciting new lifestyle.

Beaming, she said: "I feel like I'm in a really good place. It all started when I did this solo Balenciaga campaign and then my Vogue cover and now Sports Illustrated. It's so cool. It's such a moment.

"It just feels like I'm embarking on a new journey. This is the year about me and to do what I want and what makes me happy. It almost feels like a dream come true."
