Sophia Grace and Rosie have performed Nicki Minaj's classic track 'Super Bass' for Ellen DeGeneres as the talk show host films her final ever episodes.

The British cousins were invited to come on one of the last Ellen episodes 11 years after their debut on the popular TV show.

The duo went viral on social media with their rendition of the rapper's smash hit and they were flown to America to have a chat with Ellen about their newfound fame.

They were so young at that moment, with Sophia Grace being eight years old and her younger sister Rosie being just five years old.

However, they're all grown up now at 19 and 15 respectively and they've reflected on what it was like to be famous at such a young age.

“My first memory, because I was obviously five years old, so I don’t remember a lot, but the first thing I remember obviously was Nicki Minaj coming out,” Rosie said to Ellen.

“At that point I didn’t know who she was and then it clicked, ‘Oh Sophie’s singing this song, she must be Nicki Minaj, the one singing it.’”

The cousins were brought back onto the show dozens of times after their debut for quick cameos and they never failed to delight the live audience.

But they were also hot property for some of the biggest celebrities in the world.

Sophia Grace told Ellen that one of the highlights of her 15 minutes was meeting Drake.

"Me and my dad have always been big fans [of Drake]," she said.

"I saw him just casually coming down the Grammys carpet when we was there, and I was like, ‘Drake, my dad loves you so much.’ And we had a chat with him. He ate some of our candy.”

Rosie said it was pretty ace getting to meet Justin Bieber, who was arguably the biggest name of them all at that time.

“When he kissed me on the cheek at the Kids' Choice Awards. Obviously at that time I was like ‘Ew a boy, he’s kissing me on the cheek.’ And now I'm like, ‘Oh my god, I'd let Justin Bieber kiss me on the cheek again'," she said.

The pair also revealed that their musical prowess isn't contained to singing 'Super Bass' as they have released music separately in the hopes of launching their own careers.

Of course, Ellen couldn't let them go without performing the song that led them to being household names.

They pulled out the same instruments they had in the original video and the pair belted out the track like their life depended on it.
