Logan Paul Signs Contract With WWE

He's gone from being a YouTuber to a boxer... and now, a sports entertainer

Logan Paul has gone from being a YouTuber to a boxer... and now a sports entertainer, having just signed a contract with WWE.

The 27-year-old made his WWE debut with an appearance at WrestleMania 37 in 2021, only to then enter the ring at the 38th event earlier this year.

And now, he's sealed the deal with the sports entertainment giant by signing a contract, which he announced on social media today (June 30).

Sharing photos of his visit to the firm's headquarters alongside Stephanie McMahon and Triple H, he said: "Just signed with WWE."

Although there are no details of the terms of his deal just yet (or the lucrative salary), the WWE site showed how he took no time at all at firing shots at The Miz.

The pair previously tag teamed against Rey and and Dominik Mysterio at the AT&T Stadium in Texas, only for The Miz – real name Michael Gregory Mizanin – to turn on the YouTuber at the last moment.

Clearly there's room for payback, something Paul addressed during his visit to the WWE HQ.

In a video, he says: "So look, I've just signed my contract - it is a big deal. But after all, it is my contract, so I'm going to make a little addition here."

He tells the others to look away as he scrawls on the paper before revealing the message 'I'm coming 4 u @Miz', to which he adds: "Yeah, you read that right, assuming you can read."

Logan Paul said he's coming for The Miz.

It's likely the duo will meet again in the ring for this year's SummerSlam, which takes place on Saturday, July 30, at the Nissan Stadium in Tennessee.

The Miz is certainly game, having shared a number of pictures of him and Paul in their get-up on social media while writing: "I mean who wouldn’t want to see this tag team again? #SummerSlam."

Now that Paul's officially a WWE member, it seems likely - although whether they'll be turning up as allies or opponents is yet to be seen.

The YouTuber's announcement has been met with a hefty response from the fans, with one writing: "Congrats, the Mania performance blew my expectations so can’t wait for what’s in store for the future!"

Another said: "Looks like I’m about to start watching the WWE again."

A third highlighted Paul's many achievements in recent years, which include, but are not limited to, boxing with Floyd Mayweather, launching a successful podcast and creating a lucrative energy drink brand.

Although people like to hate on Logan and his brother Jake Paul, many are impressed by their professional feats.

"Honestly, gotta respect the guy," commented another Twitter user. "Still so much left to do, and has already accomplished so much."
