Molly-Mae's New Book Causes A Stir Online Following '24 Hours' Comments

Molly-Mae Hague took to Instagram stories to announce her autobiography, Becoming Molly-Mae.

Molly-Mae Hague took to Instagram to announce her upcoming autobiography, Becoming Molly-Mae, and there have been some mixed responses to the news.

The influencer announced the book to her 6.2 million followers by saying 'ok so... I did a thing'.

The release comes following controversy surrounding Hague, after she expressed her views on her work ethic, saying everyone has the 'same 24 hours in a day'.

The video of Hague announcing her new book starts with the influencer admitting that she's 'been keeping a huge project, a little secret from you guys for well over a year now and today is finally the day that I can about what it is'.

Hague then proceeds to show fans the cover of her autobiography, which has a green cover and picture of her on the front.

The influencer added that this is her 'first ever book and it's literally, this is my baby'.

Hague explained that she and her team had put 'so many months of work into this book, you have no idea' and it's been 'such a journey and such an adventure' to write.

When telling fans what they could expect from the book, she revealed she takes 'oversharing to a new extreme. I've spoken about things in this book that I've only told close family members and friends'.

Hague then encouraged fans to pre-order the book noting, 'only a few signed copies available'.

There were mixed reactions to the announcement, with users taking to Twitter to share their thoughts.

One person wrote: 'as if molly mae titled her book the same as [sic] michelle obama's'.

Meanwhile, another referenced Hague's recent controversy, 'rumour has it Molly Mae’s latest book also comes with a 24hr audiobook version'.

A third questioned, 'Molly Mae writing a book, why aren’t you? We all have the same 26 letters in the alphabet'.

Hague's long-term boyfriend Tommy Fury also weighed in on the reactions, but his comment were far more heartfelt. 'Just wanna say how extremely proud of you I am' and added 'you have worked so so hard on this, literally can't wait to read it... love you baby', he said.

Becoming Molly-Mae hits shelves on June 9.
