YouTuber Chris Tyson has shared before and after pictures since starting hormone replacement therapy.

The influencer, known for regularly appearing on MrBeast's YouTube channel, shared side-by-side images with their nearly 300,000 followers.

Hormone replacement therapy typically helps gender nonconforming people achieve a more traditionally masculine or feminine appearance.

Alongside the two images, which are believed to be six years apart, the 26-year-old wrote: "Me when Breath of the Wild came out VS. me when Tears of the Kingdom came out."

The caption was a reference to the video game The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom, which dropped on Nintendo Switch last week.

Commenting on the post, one delighted fan tweeted: "Chris, you look so cute and happy. I'm so extremely thrilled for you and glad you get to do this. Congrats babe."

"You look actually amazing," another added.

While a third replied: "Yippee! Chris you look beautiful. Stay safe and stay hydrated. Keep slaying."

"You seriously look so much happier, like i can genuinely feel it through those pictures," someone else wrote.

"So so so so proud of you, you’re so inspiring.

"Especially to the younger audience, you encourage them to always be themselves. <3."

Chris told fans back in April that HRT saved their life.

"Informed consent HRT saved my and many others' lives," he tweeted.

"The hurdles [gender nonconforming] people have to jump through to get life-saving gender-affirming healthcare in a 1st world country is wild to me.

"Just let people make informed decisions about their own bodies."

The social media star - who came out as bisexual back in 2020 - tweeted at the time: "This election has really made me think about why I love the internet so much.

"All us kids who were suppressed and shamed for being who we are, or told our opinions didn't matter are finally standing up and letting our voices be heard.

"Also I want to use my alt to let everyone know that I am bisexual and when I told the few people I did when I was 16 I got a lot of negative backlash from friends/family.

"Just know if the people around you don't love and support you we always will.

"Someday I'd like to go into detail about more of this but I'm still very private about it due to things that happened when I tried coming out. I just don't want to be silent about it anymore."
