The former Backstreet Boys member had a new lawsuit filed against him on Monday.

Nick Carter has been accused of assaulting a 15-year-old girl.

New allegations have come to light about the former Backstreet Boys bandmate, after a lawsuit claims he raped the anonymous teen on a yacht in 2003.

A representative for the 43-year-old has hit back at the claims, calling them ‘false’ in a statement.

The new lawsuit was filed on Monday in Nevada, with the individual in the suit only referred to as A.R.

In the legal document, she alleges that Carter, who was in his early twenties at the time, provided alcohol before taking her virginity.

She also claims that the former Backstreet Boys singer assaulted her on other occasions, including on a tour bus and another time on a yacht.

According to the suit, one of the alleged assaults resulted in her contracting a sexually transmitted disease.

In the detailed suit, the victim has requested a jury trial and is asking for damages of $15,000 to cover ‘past and future medical expenses, and for past and future pain and suffering’.

It added: "Plaintiff suffered severe emotional trauma and distress, that was caused by Carter’s sexual battery to her body," the suit states.

However, a representative for Carter has denied the allegations and called them ‘false’ in a new statement.

They later told Fox News Digital that the allegations had also been previously ‘thoroughly investigated’ by the police.

The statement read: "Subsequently, in a separate incident, A.R. was threatened with criminal charges for filing a false police report….”

"And now she’s at it yet again. But repeating the same false allegations in a new legal complaint doesn’t make them any more true.

It concluded: “Nick is looking forward to the evidence being presented and the truth about these malicious schemes coming to light."

It’s not the first time that Carter has been the subject of a sexual assault lawsuit, with the singer filing a countersuit against two alleged victims back in February.

UNILAD have contacted Carter's representatives.
