Cher is getting worried about next year's US Presidential election.
She's not alone.
There are plenty of people who have big question marks for when Americans head to the polls next November.

Donald Trump is up against the likes of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, former Vice President Mike Pence, ex-South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley, Senator Tim Scott, tech entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy, and a few others for the Republican nomination.
While over in the Democratic Party, Joe Biden is running for another term and he'll be competing against self-help author Marianne Williamson as well as talk show host Cenk Uygur.
Some people are worried about the age of some of the candidates, whereas others are questioning their experience or temperament or policies.

There's still a long time between now and when we find out about the next President of the United States.
But Cher is crossing all fingers and toes that it's not Donald Trump.
“I almost got an ulcer the last time,” she explained in an interview with The Guardian. “If he gets in, who knows? This time I will leave [the country].”
She made a similar threat all the way back in 2016 just before Americans voted between Trump and Hillary Clinton.

It was certainly a controversial election and Cher was one of several celebrities who said they couldn't imagine living in the US with the former Apprentice host as its leader.
According to Page Six, she said just before the election that she would have to 'leave the planet' if Trump got in.
Well, he did and she didn't call up Elon Musk to hitch a ride to the moon or Mars.

She also didn't leave the United States.
Neither did a raft of A-listers like Whoopi Goldberg, Snoop Dogg, Amy Schumer and Samuel L Jackson.
Miley Cyrus wrote: "My heart is broken into a 100000 pieces…I am moving if [Donald Trump] is my president! I don't say things I don't mean!"
However, after the election she called on Trump to have an open mind during his administration.

Schumer also clarified her comments once the vote was counted.
"First of all, the interview where I said I would move was in London and was said in jest," she explained.
"Not that anyone needs more than a headline to count something as official news.
"Anyone saying pack your bags is just as disgusting as anyone who voted for this racist homophobic openly disrespectful woman abuser. Like the rest of us I am grieving today."
