Dan Bilzerian blamed cocaine and viagra after having two heart attacks at the age of 25

Dan Bilzerian revealed what he believes caused the two 'back-to-back' heart attacks he experienced at just 25 years old

Dan Bilzerian revealed what he believes caused the two 'back-to-back' heart attacks he experienced at just 25 years old.

Bilzerian was on a ski trip with some of his 'fraternity brothers' just before he suffered the two heart attacks.

On In Depth with Graham Bensinger, Bilzerian told the host he believes it was four days of partying which ultimately led to his body undergoing such traumatic health issues.

And more specifically, the former-marine-turned-poker player's consumption of cocaine and large amounts of viagra.

In a clip of the interview posted to YouTube on 20 September, 2017, the social media personality explains he partied constantly on the trip and didn't sleep, meeting a girl in the line for the lift and going back to her house and then going straight out after the next day at about 'six or seven am' to snowboard with his mates before their flight.

After snowboarding 'all day long,' Bilzerian immediately began to feel sick.

"I wasn't feeling good, throwing up, just felt horrible," he recalls.

Bilzerian and his friends then left for the airport where he managed to get an IV bag from a paramedic which helped him feel well enough to get on the flight to Las Vegas.

Despite still 'not feeling good,' Bilzerian explains he couldn't 'even help [himself]' when walking past a poker table and started to gamble.

"I still haven't slept, it's been like two, three days or whatever," he continues. "And some buddies show up and they're like, 'Hey, let's go to the strip club. We got these girls and they want to go with us and we've got all these drugs.'"

Bilzerian agreed to go and ended up doing cocaine, smoking weed and was asked by one of the strippers at the club if he wanted to get out of there with her.

In preparation for meeting the stripper after her shift ended, Bilzerian asked a friend for viagra - despite not having taken it before - and was given a pill with a 100mg dose.

Not feeling the effects yet, he took another half and 'didn't feel anything' again, so took the other half - not knowing the 'typical dose is 25mg'.

He then had his rendezvous with the girl before 'kicking her out,' ordering room service, gambling some more and then going to get Mexican food with his friends.

It was when he came back to the hotel on day four, on 'maybe one hour of sleep' when he started having 'a pain in [his] shoulder'.

After calling his mom, Bilzerian decided to drive to hospital and was told he was having a heart attack.

"I was like, 'Oh my god I'm going to die for sure'. And then that was it, the next day I have another heart attack in the hospital," he says.

Despite the heart attacks, Bilzerian had sex with his girlfriend in the hospital 'four times' after smoking two joints, his friend bringing wine and Chinese food. He resolves he felt like a 'bulletproof tiger'.

It should be pretty obvious, but just because Bilzerian felt like a 'bulletproof tiger,' that clearly doesn't mean he is one and so you shouldn't try any of what he did at home - or anywhere else for that matter - and Bilzerian has since reflected on his two heart attacks a bit more sombrely himself.

In an interview with GQ he said he'd attribute his heart attacks 'more to the cocaine, the Viagra, the lack of sleep and being sick and f**king strippers' than the gambling, calling the four days of partying 'the perfect storm for bad decisions'.

Having come out of the experience fairly unscathed - hospital results revealing there's no permanent damage - Bilzerian resolves: "I got lucky for sure."
