Hollywood legend unexpectedly offers Drake some help amid current rap beef

An unexpected Hollywood icon has offered Drake some help

Another day, another rap beef - and this time, it's Drake at the forefront.

Earlier this month, the rapper certainly became the centre of attention after Kendrick Lamar released the song Like That, on new album We Don’t Trust You, with Future and Metro Boomin - causing some to believe that the beef between two had been revived.

It is also a response to Drake's song First Person Shooter, which features fellow rapper J Cole, who has since apologized to Lamar for his own track against him, and sees the rapper saying: "Motherf*ck the Big Three, it’s just Big Me.”

Drake has since responded to the beef, and he didn't exactly cool tensions that's for sure.

Addressing the audience at a recent concert, Drake could be heard to tell everyone that no-one could 'f*ck with me', in what many think is a direct address to Lamar.

Speaking to fans in-between songs, he said: “I got my head up high, my back straight, I’m ten f**king toes down… and I know no matter what there’s not another n**** on this Earth that could ever f*ck with me.”

The speech was well received by the audience, as fans cheered him on.

But that's not all as fellow rapper Rick Ross has also released his own diss track about the rapper.

On the track titled 'Champagne Moments', Ross alleged that Drake had cosmetic surgery on his nose - to which the 'One Dance' singer responded on Instagram by sharing a text exchange with his mother, where he responded to the claims with several laugh-crying emojis before tagging Ross' account, writing: "You're one nosey goof."

And amidst all this, an unlikely Hollywood icon has come to offer the musician a helping hand.

On Sunday (April 14), Uma Thurman shared a picture of her iconic blood-stained yellow costume from Kill Bill on her Instagram story.

"Need this? @champagnepapi," the 53-year-old captioned the image.

Funnily enough, Drake also caught wind of the story, as he soon replied with an Instagram story of his own.

"Yes pls," he wrote. "The pen is Hattori Hanzo."

Hattori Hanzo, who is played by late Japanese actor, Sonny Chiba, is a key character from Kill Bill who crafted the sword that Beatrix Kiddo used to take revenge against Bill and the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad.

Ross also noticed the story too, and subsequently chimed in: "Think it fit me?"

And it seems that Kill Bill has become Drake's go-to movie reference at the moment.

He'd also previously shared an image of Thurman as Beatrix Kiddo before her battle with the Crazy 88 in Kill Bill: Volume 1 to his Instagram Stories.
