It seems barely a week can go by without fresh revelations about the Smith family.
And now, in yet another wild turn of events, Jada Pinkett Smith has revealed that husband Will Smith is suing a party who is claiming that he had sex with The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air co-star Duane Martin.
Brother Bilaal, who claims to be Smith's former friend and assistant, alleged that he had caught the pair in a compromising position.

Smith was married to Jada Pinkett Smith at the time of the alleged encounter.
During an interview with Tasha K, Bilaal said: "I opened the door to Duane’s dressing room and that’s when I see Duane having anal sex with Will."
But a representative for Smith said: "This story is completely fabricated and the claim is unequivocally false."
Now, Jada has confirmed that Will is pursuing legal action in response to the claims, which she and he both deny.
Speaking about the allegations on The Breakfast Club podcast, Jada said: "It's ridiculous, right, and it's nonsense.

"We're gonna take legal action, because there's one thing that have your opinion about somebody versus just making up salacious, malicious stories."
The pair have been in a headlines a lot lately since Jada confirmed that she and Will have been secretly separated for the past seven years.
She told PEOPLE: “We’re still figuring it out. We’ve been doing some really heavy-duty work together. We just got deep love for each other and we are going to figure out what that looks like for us.”
Despite this, Will has vowed to stay by his wife's side for 'the rest of his life'.

Following the revelation, attendees at the Enoch Pratt Free Library in Baltimore, Maryland on 18 October had attended to see Jada speak about her new book, Worthy.
But they were surprised when the entire famous family showed up.
Will got on stage and said: "Our union is a... sloppy public experiment in unconditional love."

He continued: "When you love somebody forever, no matter what... oh, where was I hmm - I saw your faces. Can you show up and love somebody for the rest of your life, even when you don't agree with them?
"And there ain't nobody on earth - except you mommy, I almost messed up," he added while gesturing to his mother in the audience."
He added: "You mom. Ain't nobody showed up for me more than you mom!"
Jada looked on and smiled approvingly throughout the speech.
