Tamar Braxton claims her car was ‘broken into and ransacked’ by group of men

She's been left shaken up by the incident

Tamar Braxton says she’s ‘not OK’ after her car was broken into and ransacked while parked in the garage of her home in Atlanta.

The 46-year-old singer took to Instagram to share CCTV footage of the men she says broke into her vehicle, writing: “I got robbed. At home. I’m not safe anywhere.

"I don’t know why I keep getting violated.

“I had a lot in my car cause I don’t live anywhere cause I’m not safe anywhere or with anyone.”

In a follow-up on her Instagram Stories, she admitted that she was left shaken by the incident.

“Yeah so, I'm not OK. Not at all ... but I'm gone be OK and that what matters.

“They robbed me for thirty minutes with all this surveillance in one of the most exclusive buildings in Atlanta… no one did nothing.

“Why they take my garage door openers? I feel like they are following me and my Bentley key… where can I go? No where? And trust whoooooooo? I hate it here OMG.”

Braxton has since been flooded with messages of support from her Instagram followers including Beyonce’s mum, Tina Knowles, who wrote: “So Sorry Tamar, I too well firsthand know how violated you feel! But you are safe because you are surrounded by the power of God's protection.

"You are also very loved remember that.”

Someone else said: “It’s such a violation!! I am sorry this happened! But I am happy you okay!”

A third follower said: “The fact they weren't worried someone would see them is sickening. Crazy AF!”

It’s not clear if Braxton has alerted the authorities to the break in.

UNILAD has contacted Atlanta Police Department for comment.

And this isn’t the first time Braxton has been the victim of a robbery - back in November 2021, she shared that her house had been broken into and a safe stolen.

It is unclear whether the incident has been reported to police by Braxton.

Addressing the robber directly on social media, she said: "I want you to know first hand that I'm not angry. You did not break me. You did not violate me.

"What your broken ass don't realize that God gave me that home and every single thing in it during a pandemic and also during the time when I was all of those things.

"God personally put the pieces of my life back together again."

She added: "So pumpkin, you did not steal from me. Those things you took, he will give back to me a million times fold! You took from God!"
