Jada Pinkett Smith has broken her silence after a man was arrested in relation to the drive-by shooting of Tupac Shakur on Friday (29 September).
Smith shared her reaction to the news earlier today (30 September), telling fans how she hopes to get 'closure' following the arrest of The South Side Compton Crips member, Duane 'Keffe D' Davis yesterday.
Shakur, the beloved hip-hop legend, was fatally shot four times in a drive-by attack on 7 September, 1996 - at the age of 25 - in Las Vegas.
After the shooting, Shakur was rushed to hospital but tragically died a week later (13 September 1996) as a result of his injuries.

No one had ever been arrested in connection to his death in the 27 years since the 'Changes' rapper passed - until now.
On Friday, Nevada's grand jury indicted Davis, 60, on one count of murder with a deadly weapon and is set to appear in court within a matter of days.
Retired Los Angeles police detective, Greg Kading, who spent years investigating the high-profile murder, told the Associated Press he is not surprised by Davis' arrest.
"All the other direct conspirators or participants are all dead," the detective said before dubbing Davis 'the last man standing' in the decade-spanning case.

Taking to her Instagram Story today, the Red Table Talk star wrote a short message on a black background which read: "Now I hope we can get some answers and have some closure."
She concluded the post with 'R.I.P. Pac' before signing off with a dove emoji.
Speaking to Howard Stern back in 2015, Smith revealed: "I’ve never in my life met a person like Pac. He had so much charisma."
She went on to explain that she and Shakur, at one point, tried to take their friendship to the next level and kissed, but both shortly realized it didn't feel right.

"Being older, I have more of an understanding of what that was between us," the mom-of-two added.
"When you have two young people that have very strong feelings, but there was no physical chemistry between us at all."
Shakur's stepbrother, Mopreme Shakur, spoke to CNN on how the arrest is 'bittersweet'.
Mopreme said: "We have been through decades of pain. They have known about this guy, who been running his mouth, for years,

"He's [Davis'] been telling them the same story the whole time for 27 years."
He resolved: "So why now? For us, this is not over. We want to know why, and if there were any accomplices.
"We're in a constant state of grief and remorse and pain because we have to relive it and relive what happened and think about, you know, is just as difficult."
