Nick Cannon’s brother speaks out on his massive family after winning gameshow

Nick's little brother may have hinted news on the TV host's future children

Nick Cannon’s younger brother has spoken about being an uncle to so many children after his own TV success.

Gabriel Cannon is the season 2 winner of Claim to Fame, a reality competition show presented by brothers Kevin and Frankie Jonas.

The show challenges 12 celebrity relatives to conceal their identities and compete in challenges in the hopes of bagging the $100,000 prize.

This season also featured the likes of Dolly Parton’s niece Jada Star, Eddie Murphy’s daughter Shayne and Lil Nas X’s big brother JR Stafford. Also, who could forget Tom Hanks' niece Carly Reeves' huge meltdown when she was eliminated?

Gabriel is the little brother of Nick, who is known for hosting America’s Got Talent, Wild ‘N Out, and The Masked Singer.

But the 42-year-old is also well known for being a dad to multiple children with multiple women.

Nick is currently a dad of 12, sharing his first children with ex-wife Mariah Carey; 12-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan.

The star shares three children with Brittany Bell; a son named Golden Sagon, born in 2017, a daughter, Powerful Queen, in 2020, and another son, Rise Messiah, in 2022.

Nick and model Alyssa Scott welcomed a baby boy named Zen in June 2021, but he sadly died of a brain tumour at five months old.

He and Alyssa later welcomed daughter Halo in 2022.

Also born in 2022, is his daughter Zeppelin with Abby De La Rosa (who he also shares twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir with, born June 2021), son Legendary Love with Selling Sunset’s Bre Tiesi, and daughter Onyx Ice Cold with LaNisha Cole.

Gabriel told HollywoodLife his brother had given him ‘a fast-forward experience to life and really the entertainment industry’.

He told PEOPLE being known for a big family is ‘a good thing’ and added: “If you want to be known for something, it's like a big family, a loving father, a man of the people. Shout out to Nick, man.”

And the Claim to Fame winner loves being the fun uncle in the big family, as he said: “With the baby and with the twins, the family is definitely growing. I don’t want to put no rumors out there, but there might be some more on the way.

“But it’s amazing to be an uncle. We have a beautiful family and a good time when we all gather.”

So if what his brother’s saying is anything to go by, Nick could be becoming a dad to even more kids sometime soon.

The famous father previously told PEOPLE: “I’m so excited about all my kids.

“Constantly, from every aspect of it. From them getting citizen of the month awards in the first grade to the birth of the new ones. Every day I just wake up excited as a father.”
