Piers Morgan’s Donald Trump Interview Has NSFW Ending In Jimmy Kimmel Edit

Morgan has released a promotional video for his upcoming interview with Trump

A conversation between Donald Trump and Piers Morgan takes a surprise and explicit turn in a promotional video re-edited for Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Morgan sat down with the former president for what is described as 'the most explosive interview of the year' for his new show Piers Morgan Uncensored, which is set to air on Monday, 25 April.

A promotional clip of the chat was shared on Twitter on 20 April, offering the perfect material for Kimmel to discuss and mock during his chat show.

The host offered viewers a little bit more than they might have bargained for as he shared his version of the clip - check it out below:

Much of the advert remains the same as Trump can be heard describing himself as a 'very honest man' and apparently telling Morgan he thinks he is a 'fool', though accompanying voice-overs and captions quickly make clear the clip has undergone some changes.

Kimmel's version of the promo video jokes the former president has 'never been sweatier', dubbing him 'sopping wet and hopping mad'.

"An interview so heated, Trump starts melting... He's like a pumpkin smothered in margarine," it jokes, while visuals show the shine glimmering off the famously tanned president's face.

The video appears initially to end in the same way as the original, with Trump seemingly walking off camera, except this time 'Trump' loses his trousers and bares all to the camera as he walks away.

Of course, the Trump in this particular bit of the clip is not actually the former president, but there's no denying such a move would contribute to making the interview explosive.

Morgan shared the re-edited footage on Twitter after it was presented by Kimmel, showing his approval with a multitude of laughing emojis.

Though both the original and edited clip appear to show Trump abandoning the interview, the Republican has since denied walking out and claimed the video was misleadingly edited to build hype for the show.

Trump's team provided audio to US media outlets which suggested Trump asking to 'turn the camera off' actually came after he and Morgan concluded the interview and exchanged pleasantries.

Spokesperson Taylor Budowich said: “This is a pathetic attempt to use President Trump as a way to revive the career of a failed television host.”

Morgan responded to the allegation on ITV’s Lorraine, encouraging people to watch the interview and assuring the creators 'won’t be doing any duplicitous editing'.
