Zendaya once completely shut down a troll who said they would ‘cry’ if their parents looked like hers, in turn TOTALLY ratioing the original comment.
Zendaya, 26, is no stranger to the spotlight, having spent her earlier career as a household name on the Disney Channel before later going on to make her film debut in 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Since then, she’s become a global superstar, having been featured in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list in 2016 and Time magazine’s round-up of the 100 Most Influential People in the World last year.

But while she’s no doubt used to the fame by now, it seems there’s one line she won’t let anyone cross – and that’s s**t-talking about her family.
Back in 2015, she went viral for an incredible response to a troll’s comment on Twitter, which targeted her parents Claire Stoermer and Kazembe Ajamu Coleman.
It started when someone tweeted a photo of the star with her parents, writing: “They made a gorgeous ass child lol.”

Someone else then commented: “Her parents really ugly I really would cry.”
But rather than block the offending accounts or deleting Twitter, Zendaya decided to take the moment to school them.
Posting a photo of a smiling selfie with her mom and dad, she explained why the two people who raised her were the ‘most selfless people in the world’, having dedicated their lives to educating others.

She wrote: “First, I’m gonna pray for you.
"While you’re so concerned about what my parents look like, please know that these are two of the most selfless people in the world.
"They have chosen to spend their entire life, not worried about trivial things such as looks and insulting people’s parents on Twitter, but instead became educators who have dedicate their lives to teaching, cultivating and filling young shallow minds. (One of the most important yet underpaid jobs we have).”
Zendaya added: "So please, log out, go to school, hug a teacher and read a textbook…and while you’re at it, go look in the mirror and know that you too are beautiful, because such hateful things only stem from internal struggles. Bless you."
