A man has been left shocked after receiving a rather rude note from his UberEats driver despite claiming to have tiped them 20 percent.
Tipping culture is a hot topic of conversation online, and one that causes multiple arguments on TikTok, Reddit and other social media comments sections.
Typically, it's a lot more common to offer higher tips to service workers in the US than it is in the rest of the world, due to issues around wages.

While there is no rule on how much you should tip the likes of delivery drivers, a 20 percent offering is usually seen as sufficient by many.
So, this particular story has took a lot of folks by surprise as the customer claims he tipped the UberEats driver 20 percent.
The anonymous man took to Reddit and wrote: "My uber eats driver left me this note even after I tipped 20%."

Adding in the description, he penned: "I ordered UberEats last night and this morning I found this note on my door. I checked my account and the payment went through along with his tip so I’m not sure why he felt the need to leave me this note."
The customer then shared a note that was apparently written by the UberEats driver, and to say they are not happy is an understatement.
Immediately, you can spot the delivery driver labels the customer as an 'A**hole', before calling him basically every name under the sun.
In a rather insulting note, the driver labels the customer as a 'creep' multiple times.

After the post was made on Wednesday (13 December), many have flocked to the comments section to express their shock at the language used in the note.
"You should send that to UberEats. If the merchant took the tip they need to know or if this guy is a nut and shouldn’t be delivering anything to anyone," one person penned.
A second agreed: "Definitely report. Pretty much the first rule of customer service is 'never threaten the customer."

While a third remarked: "If that ever happens again tell her to tell them to keep it and mark the order as never delivered."
Meanwhile, another Reddit user claimed: "One Uber driver threatened me before that I either tipped him or he switched to Uber xl, I didn't and later reported to Uber and the whole trip changed from $180 to $0 lmao."
