Internet users are convinced that the woman who insisted her fellow plane passenger was 'not real' has been replaced by an entirely different person.

And of course, by 'a while', I mean about a week. You've got to love the internet!
If you keep up to date with all things viral, then I'm sure by now you'll be very familiar with Tiffany Gomas, the Texas marketing executive who ended up starring in a video taken on board an American Airlines flight in July.

In the clip, Gomas was filmed standing in the aisle of the plane, pointing to another passenger and shouting 'that motherf***er is not real'.
The outburst sparked numerous memes and jokes, and Gomas has since apologised for the incident and used it to try and promote positive mental health.
However, in a bizarre twist, people are now convinced that the person being displayed on Gomas' Instagram account isn't the same woman who called out her fellow passenger for being 'not real'.
Yep, that's right. Now the internet is claiming Gomas is the one who isn't real.
The conspiracy theory started when the marking executive took to Instagram yesterday (20 August), to share a series of snaps of herself sitting on a kitchen floor.

Alongside the post, she shared a quote which read: “One moment doesn’t define you; but it can define your purpose.”
Gomas added some hashtags alongside the post which indicated she has something new up her sleeve, including one which read 'stay tuned'.
I'm sure people will be staying tuned, though probably not for the reason Gomas hopes.
Rather than focusing on whatever she might be announcing next, conspiracy theorists will likely be using any future posts to build on their theory that she's been 'replaced', after speculation started on her post this weekend.
One suspicious comment reads: "I reckon this is an AI account and the woman from the plane is locked up in Area 51."

Another added: "I wonder where the real Tiffany went, so sad."
A third commenter insisted the person in the photo was not 'the same individual' as the one in the video, while a fourth wrote: "I'm telling you right now this isn't the sams [sic] lady from the plane."
Other people responded to question what Gomas 'really' saw when she was on the plane, building on the idea there's something bigger going on that we don't know about.
Gomas has previously said the attention she's received after the video is 'invasive and unkind', adding: "I hope that I can use this experience and do a little bit of good in the world, and that is what I intend to do."

Gomas expressed hope that she could 'begin to move on with [her] life' after her apology.
