'Prey for the Devil' set to be the scariest film of 2022

With jump scares that are out of this world Prey for the Devil is the perfect film to watch this halloween.

Looking for the ultimate horror film to see at the cinema this Halloween? Well prepare to be absolutely terrified because the new film from Lionsgate promises to really bring the fear.

With jump scares that are out of this world Prey For The Devil is set to be THE film to see this Halloween season. And it happens to feature the first ever female exorcist!

Prey For The Devil follows Sister Ann (Jacqueline Byers), a nun who goes into battle with the Devil to save the soul of a young girl. In response to a global rise in demonic possessions, the Catholic Church reopens exorcism schools to train priests in the Rite of Exorcism. And although nuns are forbidden to perform these rituals, a professor (Colin Salmon) recognises Sister Ann’s gifts and agrees to train her.

Sister Ann believes the young girl is possessed by the same demon that tormented her own mother years ago but soon realises the Devil has her right where he wants her... and he wants in.

To celebrate the release of this innovative new horror film, Lionsgate invited a group of thrill seekers to an exclusive experiential movie screening in the West End. Despite the details of the mystery event being scarce, it promised to immerse guests in the world of the film - no details spared. Maybe not for the faint hearted!

If you’re after something fun and terrifying to do this Halloween weekend, the film will be released exclusively in cinemas on the 28th October 2022. So grab a bunch of your bravest friends (and maybe some not so brave ones too), hold on tight to your popcorn and prepare to get your scare on. You won’t want to miss this one.
