If you watched Britain’s Got Talent then you will remember little Julia Carlile, the dancer who impressed the judges right the way through the competition.
They were so impressed that Alesha even gave her and her fellow dancers Mersey Girls the golden buzzer for her talents, ensuring she made it straight to the live rounds.
The 15-year-old even melted the heart of icy Simon Cowell when she told the audience she had scoliosis, a debilitating disease which affected her spine.
Simon said, during the show, that no matter what happened as part of the competition, he would ensure she was ‘all right’.
Julia has since undergone two back surgeries to rectify her scoliosis, a disease which curves the spine.
It’s thought that Simon paid for these two surgeries, and now the condition that threatened her dancing career no longer has an effect on her passion.

Julia said on Twitter after her first operation:
9 days post op and i’m dancing already, it was a long bumpy road to recovery but i did it! Second op tomorrow #strong #fighter #scoliosis
She also took to Twitter after her second surgery to say it had been a success and to thank Simon for his efforts.
Second surgery was a success! Now on the road to recovery. Thankyou @SimonCowell @CowellOnline #strong #recovery #fighter

Julia and her dance crew so impressed both the judges and audiences at home that they made it all the way through to the final of the show.
They finished ninth overall, but Julia is back dancing again after her operations, so watch this space for further dancing success from this young lady!
