Don't Hug Me I'm Scared, a YouTube horror series that went viral, is getting a TV show, with the adaptation set to drop in September on Channel 4.
Fans have been waiting for the series to arrive for a number of years, and now the wait is almost over.
Now, a new teaser clip has arrived, which begins in a derelict and destroyed living room, quickly followed by Yellow Guy, Duck and Red Guy sitting at kitchen table.

A fly can be seen buzzing around the characters, before Duck squashes it with a clipboard and says 'pesky bee'.
The three can be seen on screen in the destroyed living room, before Channel 4 logo flashes on screen and the teaser fades out.

The kickstarted YouTube series focuses on the three characters, who learn life lessons in rather twisted ways. Back in 2018, it was announced that the show was being adapted for TV.
While there's not heaps of information about the plot of the upcoming series, the first episode was screened at Indie Sundance in 2019 and was set in the town of Clayhill.
It follows residents as they try to uncover the truth following the disappearance of Clayhill's mayor. There's all the classic components of the YouTube series fans will recognise, including music, twisted moments and humour.

The show is created by Becky Sloan and Joseph Pelling, who fIlmed the YouTube series in their spare time and without a budget, while studying at Kingston University.
For the TV show, Pelling, Sloan and Baker Terry will reprise their roles and play a number of other characters, specially created for the TV adaptation.
Last September, Sloan shared a photo of the cast and crew shortly after they had finished filming.

After the teaser was released this week, she added: "1.5 millllion views! No.1 on the big YouTube.
"It may have taken one hundred years to make the show but blame the FLY."
And people are so excited for the show to hit Channel 4, with fans taking to the comments to discuss.

Don't Hug Me I'm Scared will air on Channel 4 in September 2022.
