Holly Willoughby is a mother, talented presenter, former model and – it’s fair to say – a little ray of sunshine in the midst of dreary morning daytime television.
But there’s something you don’t know about Holly and her impressive repertoire of talents: She has a really clever way to stop herself from urinating on live television.
You can watch her party trick in the clip below from ITV‘s This Morning:

As the Laurel and Hardy of our time, Phil and Holly do their bit to camera to introduce the line-up on yesterday’s This Morning, Holly loses it when it comes to tasting Fearne Cotton’s cupcakes.
Fearne’s beetroot-flavoured cupcakes proved to be an innuendo too far for Holly – who stars on Celebrity Juice alongside her best pal, Cotton – and she was forced to go to drastic lengths on air to avoid wetting herself, much to the enjoyment of Phil.
Crouching down on the floor in hysterics, Holly managed to overcome her fit of the giggles without any embarrassing expulsions.
This Morning continues on ITV1 weekdays at 10.30am
