Jackass Forever Promises Pain In Exclusive 'Dum Dum Game' Clip (Paramount Pictures)

Before you watch this world exclusive clip from Jackass Forever, remember: if you're gonna be dum-dum, you gotta be tough.

There was an idea: to bring together a group of (un)remarkable people, to see if they could become something more. See if they could laugh together when we needed them to; to vomit, sh*t and hurt themselves in ways we never could.

Yet, Jackass is more than the Poo Cocktail Supreme, or Super Mighty Glue, or any of their pranks and mishaps; it's an institution that brings people together like nothing else. Rejoice, for the time has come for us to gather once more and witness the wonders of their creative, hilarious pain. The boys are back, but Jackass will live Forever.

Check out this world exclusive clip from Jackass Forever below:

The highly-anticipated fourthquel for the Jackass crew sees the return of longtime director Jeff Tremaine, Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Dave England, Wee Man, Danger Ehren and Preston Lacy. We've also got some fresh blood with Jasper, Rachel Wolfson, Sean ‘Poopies’ McInerney, Zach Holmes and Eric Manaka.

The trailers have promised all sorts of carnage, from Knoxville's usual masochism in a bullpen, to Danger Ehren's nerve-racking encounter with a hungry bear, to Machine Gun Kelly getting backhanded into a pool in an update to Jackass 3D's iconic High Five.

In this exclusive clip, Knoxville puts Poopies, Danger Ehren and Wee Man through their paces in the 'Dum Dum Game'. The rules are easy: you get a relatively simple question, and if you get it wrong, a pole with a sandal will shoot up and hit you right in the nuts.

After making Poopies feel the 'worst pain ever' just for fun, Knoxville asks him, 'Who played the piano on Elton John's album Madman Across The Water?' The answer is... Elton John, but he has no clue, much to Danger Ehren's amusement as he cackles next to him.

Of course, this arrogance can't go unpunished. 'That's why I accidentally missed the button once,' Knoxville says, before the clip cuts to Ehren getting his balls busted, quite literally.

Elsewhere in the movie, he's also the victim of Cup Test, 'placing his ding-ding in harm's way' to see if his cup can take the force of a punch from the UFC's Francis Ngannou – the hardest recorded puncher in the world. So, not a great time for Ehren's genitals, really.

Jackass Forever hits cinemas on February 4.
