Devil May Cry 5 £6000 Limited Edition Comes With Dante’s Coat

There’s denying that we live in age where video game collector’s editions are getting more ridiculous with each passing day, and this new Devil May Cry 5 limited edition might be the new pinnacle.

This very special collector’s edition of Capcom’s upcoming game will set you back an eye-watering $8000 (just over £6000). You’ll get the game (of course), plus a replica of Dante’s extravagant leather coat (pictured below).

I’m not here to tell you how to do you, so if you really, truly think that’s worth shelling out six grand for, then please go right ahead and live your best life.

If you aren’t quite willing to part with £6000, you can always get the cheaper Nero Edition. It’s only a measly £5000, and you’ll get Nero’s jacket instead of Dante’s floor length monster coat.

Of course, if money is tight and you can only manage about £4000, you can settle for the V Edition, which comes with… well, I’m sure you can work it out.

Needless to say, with the Winter months drawing in a nice big leather coat can only be seen as a sound investment, Gather six friends and you can split the cost. For one grand each you can own a sixth of Dante’s famous leathery attire. Bargain.

You’ll have to work out exactly how you’ll all split it later, of course. It’s big enough that you can probably get at least two people in it at a time, to be fair.

Devil May Cry 5 releases March 8 2019, which gives you plenty of time to work out how you’re going to pay for one of these extravagant special editions. Second mortgages are actually kind of fun, to be fair.
