Ubisoft has shared a ton of new details on the first expansion for Ghost Recon Wildlands, which is available as part of the season pass, or $15 (around £12) on its own.
The snappily-titled Narco Road will be available to season pass holders on April 18, while everyone else can pick it up on April 25.
Narco Road will see us attempting to infiltrate gangs led by the shady El Invisible. Naturally, you can’t get to him until you take out his three top men, who Ubisoft have helpfully described them as:
Eddie Escovado: The self-proclaimed social media star and adrenaline-addicted leader of the Kamikazes gang.
Arturo Rey: The mysterious leader of the Death Riders, a gang of riders who worship Santa Muerte.
Tonio Mateos: The arrogant leader of the Jinetes Locos, a gang specializing in racing muscle cars.
We’ll be treated to no less than 15 ‘fast paced’ missions in Narco Road, as well as four new types of side missions, all the while attempting to earn enough of a reputation to lure out El Invisible himself.
Narco Road also comes with four outfits, nine weapons, and four new vehicles types, including monster trucks, muscle cars, motorcycles, and planes. Sounds good.
Finally, Ubisoft are bringing an update to console versions of the game today (April 12), while PC gamers get it April 14 – it introduces a series of themed that last six weeks, with the first season called The Rise and Fall of Unidad (no relation).
