The excellent guys and girls at Humble Bundle are giving away free codes for LEGO: The Hobbit to anyone who subscribes to their newsletter.
All you’ve got to do is head here before December 15 and sign up. Before long you’ll find a code for the game nestled in your inbox and ready to download. That’s a small price to pay for a genuinely great game.
If you haven’t played LEGO: The Hobbit, I can assure you that it’s one of the better LEGO titles, mostly due to the fact that it actually tries to do something different with the formula, using the Hobbit’s fantasy setting to create a game with more of an RPG feel.
Think LEGO Skyrim and you’re not a million miles away from LEGO: The Hobbit, to be honest. If you doubt me, well… the game’s free so you really don’t have anything to lose by trying it out, do you?
In other Humble news, Fallout 76: Tricentennial Edition is on sale for up to 38% off, while GTA 5 up to 75% off if you happen to be the only person on the planet left who hasn’t played that game.
There’s also a pretty big sale on other Warner Bros games, with the likes of Hitman 2, Arkham Knight, Shadow of War, and Mad Max all heavily discounted. Go check it out.
Ewan Moore is a journalist at UNILAD Gaming who still quite hasn’t gotten out of his mid 00’s emo phase. After graduating from the University of Portsmouth in 2015 with a BA in Journalism & Media Studies (thanks for asking), he went on to do some freelance words for various places, including Kotaku, Den of Geek, and TheSixthAxis, before landing a full time gig at UNILAD in 2016.
