While we’re all waiting for that Resident Evil 2 remake, Capcom have announced a release date for the Resident Evil Zero HD remake to tide us over.
The remake will feature HD graphics – obviously – and new sound design to beef up the original, and will be coming to Playstation 4, Playstation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Windows PC on January 19, 2016.
Capcom previously revealed the release date for the Resident Evil Origins Collection, which included both Resident Evil Zero and the original Resident Evil HD remake for the January 22 in Europe, but this release is to be a standalone title.
Alongside the release date, Capcom have also announced a couple of daft pre-order bonus costumes with Billy donning Wolf Force garb and Rebecca in a cheerleader outfit. This is Resident Evil after all.. For some reason though, these costumes will not be available on the Xbox 360 version of the game, because reasons.
The Resident Evil Zero HD remake will set you back $15.99 or €19.99.
