Here’s How To Make Bacon Cheeseburger Hot Dogs

Ingredients:

– 250g beef mince
– 1 tsp chopped garlic
– 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
– 1 tbsp American mustard
– 125g cheddar cheese
– 2 gherkins
– 35g butter
– 35g plain flour
– 350ml milk
– 1 tsp English mustard
– 4 hot dog buns
– 4 hot dogs

Method:

First, fry of the bacon until golden.

Fry off the mince, garlic and seasoning for 10 minutes.

Then add in the tomatoes, ketchup and American mustard.

And finally the cheese, gherkins and seasoning.

For the cheese sauce, melt the butter and whisk in the flour.

Gradually add in the milk and whisk until a thick sauce is formed.

Spoon in the mustard and chuck in 75g of grated cheddar.

To assemble, put the cooked hot dog in a roll- followed by the cheeseburger mix.

Top with cheese sauce and grated cheddar. Grill for 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
