Here’s How To Make Marshmallow Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:

For the cake:

– 390g self-raising flour
– 185g caster sugar
– 2 tsp baking powder
– 50g cocoa powder
– 3 eggs
– 360ml milk
– 150g butter

For the top:

– 435g dark brown sugar
– 60g cocoa powder
– 650ml boiling water
– Mini marshmallows

Method:

First, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powders.

Then mix.

In a separate bowl whisk the eggs.

Then add in the milk.

And melted butter.

And pour the egg mix into the dry ingredients and stir.

Pour the mix into the tray.

Mix together the sugar and cocoa powder.

And pour over the top of the cake batter.

Pour on 650ml of boiling water and bake for 40 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
