Here’s How You Make A Giant Double Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients:

– 225g soft butter
– 140g caster sugar
– 2 egg yolks
– 250g plain flour
– 30g cocoa powder
– 60g marshmallows
– 3 scoops ice cream
– chocolate sauce
– caramel sauce

Method:

First, cream together the butter and sugar.

Then add the egg yolks.

And the flour, chocolate chips and cocoa powder.

Then mix altogether to form the dough.

Take half the dough, roll it out to a 2mm thickness and cut out the base- using the tin as a template.

Then place onto the greased tray and drop in the marshmallows.

For the top of the cookie, roll out the other half of the dough and place on top.

Trim the edges off and then bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.

Finally, top the cookie with the ice cream and both sauces.
