Here’s How You Make The Mini Egg Brownies
– 150g butter
– 115g plain flour
– 200g dark chocolate
– 250g caster sugar
– 3 eggs
– 300g Cadbury Mini Eggs
First, melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl over hot water.
Next, stir in the sugar.
Add the eggs.
Stir in the flour.
Add the mini-eggs (Keep 12 to decorate).
Pour into a lined tin and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 25 minutes.
Allow to cool then cut into 12 squares and decorate with the leftover mini eggs.
